Becoming a Resin Artist: A Journey of Passion and Resilience

In the quiet corners of her heart, art had always been a constant companion. From her earliest memories, she had felt a deep connection to handicrafts, a love that only grew stronger as she ventured into adulthood. Crafting soft toys, threading intricate patterns, embroidering with care, and turning discarded bottles into works of art, she explored it all.It wasn't until a fateful day, while scrolling through YouTube, that her artistic journey took a new turn. Resin art videos filled her screen, captivating her with their beauty and potential. The pull was undeniable, and she knew she had to learn the art of resin to become a true resin artist. However, life had other plans. After her marriage, family responsibilities took center stage, and her crafting pursuits had to take a back seat. The creative block that followed was relentless, lasting for a daunting 14 years.... These were trying times, making her feel irritable and unfulfilled.Yet, even in her darkest moments, she found solace in YouTube videos. Alone in her creative endeavor, she persevered. "Mera challenge hay mujhe hi sab kuch akela korna porta hay. Koi e help kornebala nehi hay," she admitted to herself. One might think that learning resin art without any formal training in drawing would be impossible, but she proved them wrong. She embraced the challenge with a joyful mindset, relishing every moment of the creative process. Her first attempts were humble, but the sense of accomplishment and pride she felt were immeasurable. Bottle art pieces adorned her Facebook page, earning admiration from friends and family. The appreciation she received kindled a spark within her, igniting her passion for crafting once more."After my marriage, my crafting work totally stopped due to family issues, then I faced a creative block. In my life, this period was 14 years. After that, I started my craft work again, only for my mental pleasure," she shared. As her art continued to evolve, she yearned for something more. Her dream was to create a brand that would not only showcase her creations but also serve as a platform to connect with like-minded individuals who shared her passion. She wanted to create awareness about her brand and gain a following on social media, ultimately securing more clients for custom pieces and workshops. She realized that her journey as an artist was also a journey of self-discovery and resilience. "Creativity is a drug I cannot live without," she mused, echoing Cecil B. DeMille's sentiment. With immense love and passion, she began her quest to establish herself as a resin artist. She aimed to offer small jewelry pieces and preserve the beauty of her finished resin products. The road ahead was uncertain, and she hadn't earned revenue yet, but the love and appreciation she received from her craft fueled her determination. In the next year, she hoped to see her brand become a household name, a testament to her dedication and talent. She had learned the A to Z of resin art from SD Academia and recently embarked on a journey with Sarad Sir to create a stunning blue lagoon table.Offline exhibitions hadn't yet found a place in her journey, but she was undeterred. She was on a mission to share her art with the world, one joyful resin creation at a time.
