In a world where life often becomes a predictable routine, there are those who dare to dream and embark on a path less traveled. Meet our inspiring artist, a tale of transformation from a mundane office job to the vibrant world of resin artistry.Life wasn't always an artistic canvas for this budding resin artist. She started her journey not too long ago, and yet, she's already set up shop, an Instagram page, and even an online store. Her creations span the realms of furniture and home decor, a testament to her budding talent and dedication to her craft. But let's rewind a bit. How did this remarkable transition come to be? It all began with the serendipitous discovery of Resin art through SD Academia on Instagram. The moment Sharad sir introduced her to this mesmerizing world, it was as if the universe had whispered a secret in her ear—a secret that sparked her passion and changed her life forever. Before becoming a resin artist, she found herself caught in the monotonous grind of a full-time job.... The endless hours and the feeling of life slipping away weighed heavily on her. Balancing the demands of her office job with precious family time seemed like an impossible feat. It was in this moment of despair that inspiration struck—she had always been passionate about art, and it was time to turn that passion into a profession.Art had been a part of her life since a young age. At the tender age of seven, she clinched the first prize in a state-level drawing competition, thanks to her mom's unwavering support and continuous guidance. But as she ventured into the world of resin art, a creative block descended like an impenetrable fog. Her savings poured into resin courses and materials, yet her creations remained unsold, a testament to her status as a newcomer. Countless ideas swirled in her mind, but the lack of capital kept them from taking form. Each unfinished piece served as a constant reminder of her limitations, making the weight of the creative block heavier with each passing day. Doubt crept in, questioning her abilities and leaving her wondering if she'd ever break free from this suffocating state. It was at this crossroads that she found solace in an unexpected source—Korean dramas. Since 2012, she had been emotionally connected to these dramas, and their heartfelt stories ignited her imagination, reigniting the spark within her.Embracing art as her profession was a bold choice, especially during financial struggles. However, with unwavering support from her mom and husband, she fearlessly pursued her passion, caring not for others' opinions. She believed in the versatility of resin art, where drawing or painting skills weren't prerequisites. It was all about imagination and experimentation. One challenge she faced was the space issue at her home. Without a dedicated room for her art, she transformed her living room into her creative sanctuary, though it posed some lighting challenges. Despite these hurdles, she kept going, for she believed that "miracles" were just another name for "hard work."Lessons were learned the hard way, like the importance of not dumping resin on alcohol-inked acrylics without a Fevicol shield. One small mistake could make your art vanish into thin air.As a newbie in the resin world, she's on a quest to level up, explore, learn, and stay on-trend with market demands. Her dreams include launching her resin art business on top e-commerce platforms, showcasing her unique brand identity, and expecting a 5x turnover growth.Though she's just started, she's already garnered love and appreciation from those around her. Currently, she's working on a resin-based chess table, aiming to create multiple designs to give it a regal touch. Her journey with SD Academia began three months ago, starting from the very basics of resin art. SD Academia became the foundation upon which her artistic journey was built, providing her with the knowledge and confidence to be creative in the world of resin art.And as for those moments of demotivation and pride? Well, we've all been there. One demotivating incident involved a table top she couldn't resist checking repeatedly, leading to resin leakage and bending. But from that mistake emerged a proud moment—the creation of a masterpiece, a river table that's as close to perfection as it gets.In her first entrepreneurship session, she delved into logo making and branding, guided by Priya Mam, a moment that added depth and direction to her artistic endeavors.
